Account Deletion Information
HariQu users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data. This page explains how account deletion requests are handled.
1. Data That May Be Deleted
When an account deletion request is processed, the following data may be deleted or anonymized:
- User profile information.
- Diary notes.
- Checklist items.
- Study tracker entries.
- Expense records.
- Friend request and friendship data.
- Chat data associated with the user, where technically possible and legally appropriate.
- Application preference data associated with the user account.
2. Data That May Be Retained Temporarily
Some technical records may be retained temporarily where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup recovery, or service integrity. Retained data will be limited to what is necessary.
3. How to Request Account Deletion
Users can request account deletion from inside the HariQu application if the feature is available. Users may also submit a deletion request through the official support contact listed in the Google Play Store listing.
4. Information Needed for Deletion Request
To help verify and process the request, users may be asked to provide:
- The email address or phone number used for the HariQu account.
- The user ID, if available.
- A clear statement requesting account deletion.
5. Processing Time
Account deletion requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after verification.
6. Important Note
Account deletion is permanent. Once deleted, the account and associated data may not be recoverable.
