These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the HariQu mobile application. By using HariQu, users agree to follow these terms.
1. Use of the Application
HariQu is provided to help users manage personal productivity, daily activities, study progress, expenses, notes, friend connections, and chat communication.
2. User Account
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access and for all activities performed through their account.
3. User Content
Users are responsible for the content they create, store, or send through HariQu, including notes, expense records, checklist items, chat messages, and profile information.
4. Prohibited Use
Users must not use HariQu to send harmful, illegal, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized content. Users must not attempt to access data belonging to other users without permission.
5. Availability
HariQu may depend on internet connectivity and third-party infrastructure such as Firebase. We do not guarantee that the application will always be available without interruption or error.
6. Data and Privacy
The collection and use of user data are explained in the HariQu Privacy Policy.
7. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion according to the instructions provided in the Account Deletion Information page.
8. Limitation of Liability
HariQu is provided as a productivity and communication tool. Users are responsible for verifying important data and should not rely solely on the application for critical financial, legal, medical, or emergency decisions.
9. Changes to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page.
